POSTURAL COLLAPSE – A Health Risk
Joint Pain Misaligned joints cause pain in the back, arms, hips and knees.
     Good alignment keeps bones weight bearing, increases bone strength and uses the right muscles.

Health Digestion, respiration and heart function are compromised when the body is in postural    
      collapse and under abdominal compression. Circulation, lymphatic drainage and neural
      communication improve with better alignment.

Performance Body misalignment reduces flexibility, energy, accuracy and endurance.  
      When in better balance there is less likelihood of injury and performance increases.

Appearance Body alignment is the biggest indicator of age. The body is shorter, gains postural  
       pounds and clothes fit poorly. We look years younger, have greater vitality and age at a slower rate
       with better alignment.

BRAIN FUNCTION Postural collapse causes oxygen desaturation. Less oxygen goes to the body and  
       brain, affecting mental clarity, memory and depression.
